Our Convener Chair, Robert Gordon, and his wife Kathy will be in New Hampshire to host the House of Gordon USA tent at the NH Highland Games and Festival! We are also excited that we will be hosting our House of Gordon USA Annual General Meeting (AGM) at these games. The games take place from Friday, September 19 through Sunday, September 21 at Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln.

For members, we will likely host the AGM on Saturday afternoon, and we invite you to attend. This will be a great chance to meet our current President and Vice President as well as other board members and conveners from around the country. The NH Highland Games and Festival are a full three-day event and one of the largest in the country. They take place in the beautiful White Mountain range and the tree colors should just be starting to change. For anyone planning to attend we recommend booking lodging and tickets as soon as possible as these sell out early.

It will be a fun filled day of competitions, clans, vendors, food and entertainment.  You can watch the clans parade with their tartans and when you see your Gordons yell out our motto! There’s something for everyone from Scottish music, dance, and food to heavy athletics, sheep dog trials, and massed bands. There are also “Try-It classes” all day long. These classes include street curling, stone lifting, and more.
